3. Working with hardware manufacturers and vendors for component repair or replacement.

Desired Candidate Profile
• Experience: 0-1 year
• Graduate (preferably)/Diploma holder in IT field.
• Hardware/Networking Course of 1 year and above is must.
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
• Excellent ability to operate and troubleshoot hardware, OS installations, file systems, and networking
• Good troubleshooting skill
• Good Understanding of IT support System
• Hardworking & Enthusiastic.
• Self-Motivated.
