Desired Candidate Profile:
GET Program: You would be a Full-time Graduate Engineer primarily from Mech/Auto/Mechatronics as these streams of education would be a direct fit for the positions that we work on. You would be involved in recruitment related to Auto/ Locomotive in the following areas: R&D Recruitment - Engine, Powertrain, Transmission, Entire Vehicle, etc. Design – CAD/ CAM/ CAE. Mftg – Production, Quality, Plant Engineering, etc. as this is where your educational skills will be immediately suited. Upon the completion of 1 year based on your performance you may be selected for the company sponsored distance MBA program with a university of your choice with the stipulated budget for the said program Management Trainees Program: You would be a Full-time MBA preferably from sales & marketing or HR stream from a reputed institute. You will be taken in on the on the job training for a period of 6 months till the completion of probation based on performance. Depending on your performance you could be moved to a fast track program for promotions & roles within the organisation. Upon the completion of 2 year based on your performance you may be selected to move to any of our other locations that we plan start up in India. As & when selected for the same you will be the location/ site leader with a team of recruiters reporting to you managing an independent Location/ SBU/ Vertical for the company. Essentials needed from Candidates profiles for the above mentioned roles: - A Strong desire to be in the recruitment space & willing to work for a boutique consultancy specializing in Auto/ Energy segment. - Inherently a people person & loves to interact with people - Ability to convince people is very essential for this role - Ability to negotiate offers, on boarding & counter offers with candidates is part of this role - Professional strength to be able to be able to convince clients to be able to stretch/increase CTC & Grades to offer a deserving candidate - Excellent spoken & written skills in English is an Absolute MUST for this role - Willing to work the under high pressure requirements with stiff deadlines from our MNC clients - Ability to stretch & work as & when needed to ensure that the assured commitments to clients are met on or before time.
