Experience in handling all legal requirements of the Construction Company.
Drafting of various agreements such as sale deeds, lease deed, Rent agreement, etc.
Handling documentation required for sanctioning loans to the customers of company.
Attending to Legal Notices, Letters etc. received by the company and reply to statutory authorities and commercial establishments covering statutory and legal aspects.
Handling all legal matters relating to pre-sanction appraisal of projects for establishing legal feasibility of corporate proposals.
