1. Should undergo two months intensive classroom training in copyediting & four months on-the-job training (after classroom training).
2. Should be capable of handling simple- to medium-level copyediting as per customer requirements.
Should enter their day-to-day production details in e-Workflow & Produce error-free output.
Complete the allotted jobs on time & Need to perform well in the tests during training.
Should be able to handle LIVE production of Copyediting immediately after the completion of training.
Will be responsible for Copyediting of Journal articles / books with high emphasis on quality.

1. Fresh candidates with PhD, MPhil or Post graduation in any scientific discipline (or) M.A English Literature with a first class academic record.
2. Excellent English skills (verbal & Written) and an eye for detail are essential.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word will be an added advantage.
4. Enthusiastic learner and passion for reading / editing.
5. Age Limit: Not more than 30 years.
6. Should be willing to work in rotational shifts (no night shifts for women)
7. Should have above 60% of marks (aggregate) and possess great reading habit and willingness to learn
8. Candidates preferred from 2011 / 12 batch and the rest would be given opportunity only if they are highly deserving
