The IT skill required is Visual Basic , Macros and advanced Excel
The person would be required to develop macros to assist in graphical representation of HR data. The requirement of data cuts is complicated and hence the individual should be comfortable with all of the skills mentioned above
The graph file would typically have multiple linkages to raw data outside of that file
These macros should be built in a manner that by refreshing the raw data year on year, the graphs can be refreshed and used
